2008 Prices:
Eggs: $3.75 per dz.
Lamb:
whole or half: $6.60 per lb. hanging weight
Legs & chops & roasts: $9.00 per lb.
Ground & cubes: $5.00 per lb.
Shanks: $5.00 per lb.
*Turkey: (ave. 15 - 22lbs.) $3.00 per lb. *$20 deposit required
*Pork: (1/2 or whole) $3.25 per lb. hanging weight (ave. 180 lbs.)
*$20 deposit required
Chicken Of The Month
This is our popular prepay system of getting chickens. It works like a CSA (community supported agriculture). You pay for a seasons worth of chickens and then come by the farm once a month and pick them up. It guaranties chicken for you for 5 months (June thru October).
Here's how it works:
$260 - 4 chickens per month for 5 months
$130 - 2 chickens per month for 5 months
$65 - 1 chicken per month for 5 months
Payment for the season is due by June 1.
