  Pastured Poultry:
Our chickens are raised on pasture in moveable shelters so they are always on fresh grass. Besides grass, chickens need a high quality feed. Their feed is made by a neighboring farm using their grains along with an organic supplement of vitamins and minerals and no animal byproducts. Chicken and eggs that come to you direct from the pasture are not only a healthier food, but have an incredible flavor that will have thinking you've just tasted chicken for the first time. Chicken and eggs are always available every week from June thru October.

Lets Talk Turkey
Our turkeys are raised like we raise our chickens. That is, they are fed the same fresh feed that we feed our chickens with no antibiotics, synthetic hormones or preservatives. They are raised on our pastures same as our chickens. So place your order early to insure your Thanksgiving turkey.

Our New Sheep!

This Spring, we purchased another 20 ewes to keep up with our demand for grass fed lamb. We hope to develop a system to be able to offer lamb year round.

100% Grass Fed Lamb
Unlike chickens, sheep (or any other ruminant animal) do not need grain. Our lambs are raised and fed by the green grass on our farm. The benefit of this is higher omega 3 fatty acids and CLA's (conjugated linoleic acid) and a much milder flavor then grain fed lamb. Since our lambs are grass fed, there are no synthetic hormones, pesticide residue, GMO (genetically modified organism) or questionable additives. Our lambs graze ahead of our chickens in a symbiotic system that improves both the health our livestock and the soil. Lamb is offered by the cut or halfs and wholes cut to your preference from late summer thru winter.

Pastured Pork
Pigs are omnivores (like chickens) and require more then just pasture so our pigs  receive the same feed as our chickens plus extras from the garden. Our pigs have access to the barn for shelter and help turn the winter barn bedding that was used for the sheep and goats into compost which is used to improve our soil. Pork is sold by the half or whole cut to your preference. Since we raise pigs only once a year, it is best to get your order in during the spring so you can have it by the fall.
